An annual training needs analysis ensures the needs of the individual, task and organisation are considered together.
Our Building Services Engineers possess discipline-specific 3rd-level qualifications, and our trades personnel have relevant occupational qualifications including Gas Safe, Oftec and NICEIC. Our trade memberships include (Scottish & Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation) and RECI (Registered Electrical Contractors of Ireland).
