An annual Training Needs Analysis ensures the needs of the Individual, Task and Organisation are considered together.
Our Building Services Engineers possess discipline specific 3rd level qualifications and are, or are working towards full membership of their requisite professional bodies such as CIBSE or IET, whilst trades personnel have attained relevant Occupational qualifications to function as key duty holders, including but not limited to Gas Safe, Oftec and NICEIC. Trade memberships also include SNIPEF (Scottish & Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation) and RECI (Registered Electrical Contractors of Ireland).
AEM Ltd is engaged in providing a varied clientele an entire Electrical & Mechanical Installation Service, which is complete and sufficient for its specific operation.

Health & Safety
It is our Company Policy to take all reasonable action to ensure the Health, Safety & Welfare of all the employees and to ensure that all facilities, equipment etc is maintained in a safe condition at all times. All our employees have safety in mind and use Safe Working methods and systems which are provided. The co-operation of all our employees is essential to ensure the efficient working of the company’s Safety Organisation and to prevent injury to persons and damage to plant & equipment.
AEM Ltd continually reviews and monitors safety and educates all employees to minimise accidents and incidents. Keeping all our employees safe and secure is of paramount importance.
Working to the standard of Safe-T Certification AEM Ltd has continued working in a safe manner with the attitude to continuously improve.

Our methodology is to continually develop, train and encourage staff of all levels to provide a First Class Service and to go the extra mile in every aspect of our business.Recent courses completed include: CSR, CSR Gold, IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Directing Safely, First Aid at Work/Appointed Persons, ILM Management Courses and AutoCAD.
