Throughout the project, this programme was updated and revised to take account of new design information, progress from main contractor and other team members that influenced our installation.
Our Contractor Engineer and Contracts Director attended weekly progress meetings with main contractor to ensure the efficient progress on site by forward planning of co-ordinated works. Key information from these meetings was then passed to our foremen and our site co-ordinator. This system ensured that the project was delivered.
