Scope
Northern Bank is a commercial bank in Northern Ireland. It is one of the oldest and considered to be one of the largest banks in Ireland having been formed in 1824.
The headquarters comprise of a six storey office building situated in Belfast City Centre.

Works comprised of the refurbishment of the:
Ground floor: Spilt between staff office areas and public banking area. Also contained public meeting rooms, consultations areas and public kitchen facilities for tea/coffee. Client supplied Danish architectural light fitting installed in main twin void banking hall.
Mezzanine Floor: staff occupied office layout overlooking the public banking hall. New lighting, power and comms installions with clients supplied architectural Danish light fittings. This floor is also made up of meeting rooms, staff diners and toilets. Bank manager’s offices are also contained on this floor.

Second Floor: the work will generally comprise of the refurbishment of the existing second floor accommodation including new raised floor, new carpet, new suspended ceiling, and formation of interview rooms. The works will also require alteration of existing mechanical & electrical installations

The Installations below were carried out on the Ground, 1st, 2nd and Mezzanine Floors at the Northern Bank HQ in Belfast.
