For this ‘Listed’ Building project it was necessary to be able to mould the original building with the new and environmentally sustainable installation.
Working in this listed building it was imperative that our programme was continually monitored and adjusted appropriately with the Master Programme to ensure the delivery of the project within the given timescales and quality standards expected.
The Installations and the individual areas/buildings were delivered on time and to budget through a robust programming strategy. Regular meetings were held to ensure that Cost Targets agreed were met and that the progression of works was as per the programme.
A quality installation was guaranteed to the client on this project as we had the opportunity of producing sample boards of Accessories/Fixtures & Fittings for them to decide, with our professional advice, what suited them best within the education environment.
