The new student accommodation is mostly in the form of 5 person apartments, clustered around three attractive courtyards. The site is just five minutes’ walk from the main University buildings.
Each bedroom has an ensuite shower, and residents share a communal kitchen/living room. All bedrooms are internet-enabled as part of the fees package, and there is also provision to add internet phone and TV at additional cost.
Within some of the apartment blocks, there are enhanced bedrooms which offer a greater degree of space for study and storage.
Integrated within the complex are a number of specially adapted rooms for students with special mobility requirements.
Due to the relationship AEM Ltd has built with the University of Ulster. AEM Ltd were chosen to provide and install associated Electrical Installation that is associated with modern design Implementation within the Education and Residential Environment.
The new accommodation provides students with a higher level of comfort, amenity and privacy as well as being internet enabled.
